Horrible customer service. Purchased a car on May 10, after over eight weeks still did not received the title. When called after 30 days grace period, they never got back as why is it taking so long to get the title. Their respond was that they can't get a hold of the dealer. Asked to speak to general manager, never heard back. After calling several times, finally someone called back yesterday June 21, saying that they got the title and since they have the title there will be no arbitration. It appeared that they literally send someone to Audi of Palm Beach to pick up the title and claiming that they have the title now. What SHAME!!!
Disgusting, terrible, incomprehensible place for loading cars. I spent 5 hours looking for three cars, according to the navigation there should be a car but it’s not there, according to my smart watch I walked 4 miles in the pouring rain, went to the office several times, the staff there are very kind and friendly, but the answer is the same, go look for it yourself, there’s a car there but the last ones two stood in completely different and opposite places. I haven't looked for it anywhere in Mannheim!!!!! I’m not talking about the fact that the last car was surrounded by 6 cars that wouldn’t start and I had to combine it to get it out on mine for more than an hour. I don’t recommend it!!!!

I bought a vehicle and the app said it’s driven condition and it’s not driving when I made claim at the arbitration
The manager lady said don’t trust the app next time and she was soo rude
End up by losing all the money for that car
Unfortunately I didnt have a great experience. Left car in Tues. Found out it wasnt put on list when I went to pick up. Then my Nissan 370z nismo tech was missing my sensor key and brand new mats...still dealing with Mario trying to get reimbursed. Had to have a locksmith go and make a key to get car out . Today I'm going with a nissan receipt to see how they can reimburse me :(

Customer service is a one, every time I go there I am always treated right. Arbitration department is super helpful and follows up on claims. Dealer services always helpful and the manager went out of her way to help me get my cars in lane, Shantel was her name, she is the best. Service at the front desk is A1 as well, Crystal always takes excellent care of me and my associates, treating everyone with excellent service.
Their arbitration is a disaster at best. Shame shame on this place!!!
